source, I was NOT asked for permission for the many photographs and materials
taken from this website; I assume none of the other many sources (including
published books) whose material was used were asked for their permission
either. The book is an interesting exercise, but is of poor overall
quality and is also riddled with basic errors. I do NOT recommend
anyone to spend the $80 plus postage demanded for it). |
